Lunch Accounts

Over the winter break, we made some additional changes that integrated the ordering system with the payment system.  We so appreciate your patience in this process.  Parents will need to register for this new service using your email as your username.  This system will allow us to streamline our cafe so that they are not having to process payments and can focus solely on ensuring your child has a full belly.

Orders must be completed in a browser (not the MSB Parent app which is for adding payment only).  Begin by selecting WEEKLY MEAL ORDERING above.  Ensure STUDENT selected is correct before selecting NEXT and LUNCH period. As we have done this academic year, ordering will be completed on the Wednesday prior to the week to allow for appropriate amounts to be ordered and prepared.  

We know transitions take time and we appreciate your patience as we work with a reduced cafeteria staff to ensure the staff can deliver full bellies. 

IF YOU HAVE NOT CREATED AN ACCOUNT YET, follow these steps:

Create your MySchoolBucks account to conveniently view your student’s cafeteria purchases, check their balance, and securely pay for cafe items from anywhere.

Get Started Today:

  1. Select the LOGIN TO MySchoolBucks (above) or download the mobile app (right).

  2. Create your free account and add your students using their legal GRADELINK NAME and DATE OF BIRTH.

  3. View cafeteria purchases and add funds using your credit/debit card or electronic check.

Select the Register for My School Bucks button above.  Then select sign up for free.  Upon selection, a new pop-up will open to allow you to create your account.  

Your username will be the email you select and CHECK THE BOX TO GET TEXT to allow quicker logins and communications.

Once you have added your first student, you will have the option to add additional students.  

Upon successful creation of your My School Bucks Account, you will need to add your students to the account.  ​

Please ensure spelling including any spaces is the same as the legal name registered at the Academy.  If you are not sure of how the student is registered for their first name, please email: apope@cfcaeagles.com.

 🛎: ALERTS: Ensure that once you add the student that you set the alert for your account for the appropriate level.  Some parents may only wish to be notified if a balance falls below zero while others may want to maintain $25 or more at all times.

Once your students have been registered, their old balances will be accessible; however, because this is a new system, we do ask that you please have grace as we work to ensure that you are up to date (estimated date 12/13/21.  Ms. Deanna is happy to research balances for lunch if you have questions but please allow 24 hours. 

Payments can be set up in several ways.

While parents are free to choose, we highly recommend the AUTOPAY option.
