STEP 1: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION
Completed application for admission including the signed partnership agreement and:
- Letters of recommendation (2) sealed from source
- Transcripts and prior academic records direct from prior institution
- Copy of birth certificate, immunization records, most recent report card, most recent achievement testing (documents can be uploaded directly into the application)
STEP 2: ENTRANCE TESTING
- The Admissions Office will contact applicants to schedule the entrance assessment.
- Prospective students should expect to spend two hours on the assessments.
STEP 3: ADMISSION COMMITTEE REVIEW
- Applications will be presented to the Admissions Committee for review. Parents will be notified in writing regarding acceptance following the review.
- Admissions decisions are made through a careful and thoughtful process by our Admissions Committee. Cape Fear Christian Academy has a rolling admission policy and will process completed applications as long as space is available. Applications are considered complete and will be processed for enrollment only after all required documentation has been received by Cape Fear Christian Academy. Applications received after August 1st, are not guaranteed to be processed by the first day of school.
