Tuition and Fees
$200 nonrefundable early returning and new student registration fee per child prior to March.
$500 registration fee if paid after the start of March for returning families.
Fees including but not limited to yearbook, field trips, activities, private fine arts, and before and after care will be billed as incurred and not included in the tuition and fees stated above.
Cape Fear Christian Academy contracts with the FACTS tuition management company to handle tuition payments. FACTS offers flexible payment plans including annual, semi-annual, and monthly payment plans.
New families, JUNE 15th IS THE DEADLINE to establish your account online and make your tuition payment schedule election for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Returning families, any changes to your account MUST BE MADE BY June 1, 2022. You will not be able to make changes to your plan or payment date online; please contact the school to have the Office make those changes for you. You WILL be able to change banking and demographic information online. Do NOT set up another payment plan because this may lead to you having two active accounts.
Cape Fear Christian Academy families are expected to participate in one annual fundraising events throughout the year including the annual fall festival (lead by the Academy staff and faculty) and capital giving campaign (led by the Board).
Students who withdraw during the academic year from Cape Fear Christian Academy are subject to a $500.00 withdrawal fee.
Electronic Funds Fee:
Payments that are made by credit or debit card at Cape Fear Christian Academy will incur a 2.0% or current electronic funds processing fee.
